That’s partly because it tastes so great and partly because it’s really no trouble at all! A few ingredients — flour, butter, sugar, and salt — are all it takes to make a perfect pie crust. And the best part is, you can make it up to a month ahead and freeze it until you’re ready to use it — one less thing on the Thanksgiving “to do” list!
